Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Managing Partner to drive operational strategy and firm-wide execution
Oversee day-to-day business operations and administrative management of the firm
Lead Human Resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and employee relations
Support attorney hiring, training, evaluation, and staffing initiatives
Improve workflows, operational efficiency, and overall firm profitability
Manage office operations, facilities planning, and space utilization
Oversee IT operations and vendor partnerships, ensuring technology supports firm productivity
Drive cross-functional strategic projects in collaboration with practice group leaders
Partner with finance leadership on budgeting and resource planning
Foster a positive, high-performing culture through engagement and morale-building initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of senior management experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Strong background in HR leadership and employee management
Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and execute strategic initiatives
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills
Preferred
Certified Legal Manager (CLM) or HR-related certifications
Project management expertise (PMP a plus)
Experience overseeing IT strategy and operational improvements
Exposure to marketing or business development initiatives
