Responsibilities
Perform residential HVAC service, diagnostics, repairs, and replacements
Lead and supervise a growing team of 3+ HVAC techs
Ensure code compliance, licensing standards, and safety procedures
Collaborate with company leadership to develop and implement HVAC processes and SOPs
Manage inventory, equipment, tools, and scheduling workflows
Communicate with property managers, residents, and homeowners
Support recruitment, training, and quality control for new team members
Provide input on pricing models, marketing, and business development strategy
Assist in selecting vendors, partners, and software tools as we expand
Qualification
Required
Valid Texas Class A or B Air Conditioning & Refrigeration License (TDLR)
5+ years of experience in residential HVAC (diagnostics, service, installation)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple priorities
Comfortable with technology and work order software
Preferred
Prior experience leading a team or supervising field techs
Knowledge of permitting and compliance in the Houston area
Familiarity with single-family rental or property management environments
Interest in helping grow and shape a new company
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
