Remote - Revenue Integrity Analyst
Mercy is a healthcare organization committed to innovation and compassionate care. They are seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support the revenue cycle and clinical departments by providing charge capture analysis and workflow optimization in professional billing.

Responsibilities
Associate Degree in Health Information Management, Business, or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience in healthcare professional billing
Moderate / advanced understanding of CPT coding and third-party billing requirements
1+ year of revenue cycle experience
Knowledge and experience with Medicare/Medicaid regulations
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills
High level of precision and attention to detail
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Healthcare coding or billing professional certification (Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Revenue Integrity Specialist (CRIS), Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS), etc.), or RHIA, RHIT, or RN credential
EPIC experience (Resolute Charge Capture)
Qualification
Required
