Responsibilities
Drafting healthcare-specific and service-related agreements
Tracking the performance, invoicing, timesheets, renewals and terminations of the same
Compliance reporting
Managing/tracking any fair market value analysis requirements
Preparing annual budgets for physician expenses
Working with Risk Management, other departments, and outside counsel, as needed relating to any physician-related and service agreement inquiries
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting, Nursing, Supply Chain or related field
Two to five years' experience in health law or regulatory compliance
Strong interpersonal verbal communication and proficient writing skills
Preferred
MBA, MHA, or other healthcare or compliance-related degree
Knowledge and experience with negotiating and implementing contracts
Understanding of healthcare related laws and regulations such as Stark, Anti-Kick Back, fraud and abuse and similar laws
Advanced proficiency skill level with computer-based analytical tools such as Excel and other database applications
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
Knowledge related to the use of Oracle's Peoplesoft software
