Prepares and mails voluntary audits
Prepares list of audits for Audit Manager and auditors
Maintains diary system and follows up with second requests when necessary
Verifies that monthly reporting and endorsements agree with billing query
Mails and distributes audit invoices to agents and underwriting department
Other duties may be assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills
Computer skills (specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe)
Clerical skills
Preferred
Insurance and/or accounting experience a plus
