Dealer Business Management Analyst
Stellantis is a leading automotive company, and they are seeking a Dealer Business Management Analyst. The successful candidate will provide insight and data analysis to dealerships, focusing on financial performance analysis and optimization to improve profitability.

Responsibilities
Collection, analysis and reporting of Stellantis dealer network financial statements data
Preparing, reviewing, interpreting and presenting financial analysis to Management
Providing on-going analysis through monthly reporting on the financial health of individual dealers to management and Business Centers
Identifying key dealers for improvement within each Business Center and identifying areas to consult on with the dealers on a one-on-one basis throughout the year to improve their bottom line
Identifying additional opportunities for increased efficiencies and profitability for the dealers by leveraging Alpha Omega iExam, COGNOS reporting, dealer financial statements and other in-house tools
Presenting regional workshops and participating in one-on-one discussions/trainings with dealer network field personnel
Conduct dealer audit/business management consultation
Field / Dealer Liaison for business management support
Work with Business Centers to coordinate Profit Development Conferences
Practical iExam Education/Educate field on financial analysis for operational gains
Coordinate DUAS Guidelines (documentation and communication)
Manage Sales and Service KPI reports – Consult with Area Managers as needed
Support Trouble Tickets from Dealers
Provide Litigation Support
Yearly dealer financial statement changes Yearly Working Capital Guide process Financial statement edit rule improvement opportunities
Qualification
Required
Automotive Business Management experience gained at an OEM / Dealer / Dealer Group / Consultancy
Previous experience with dealership financial analysis / composite solutions
Collection, analysis and reporting of Stellantis dealer network financial statements data
Preparing, reviewing, interpreting and presenting financial analysis to Management
Providing on-going analysis through monthly reporting on the financial health of individual dealers to management and Business Centers
Identifying key dealers for improvement within each Business Center
Identifying areas to consult on with the dealers on a one-on-one basis throughout the year to improve their bottom line
Identifying additional opportunities for increased efficiencies and profitability for the dealers
