Senior LevelVantage Analytics is seeking an experienced Senior Account Lead to drive success for their airline commerce media business. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary lead for our airline commerce media client, aligning Vantage’s solutions with the specific objectives of the travel and loyalty ecosystem
Architect and refine launch processes for our airline partner, ensuring cross-functional teams (Product, Ad Ops, and Sales) are aligned for takeoff
Lead recurring strategy sessions and QBRs, delivering data-driven insights that translate traveler behavior into actionable marketing roadmaps
Facilitate advanced platform training for new users, collaborating with Ad Ops to ensure seamless technical onboarding
Oversee procurement, contracting, and technical integration workflows, ensuring a smooth transition from initial sale to full-scale execution
Manage timelines, risks, and requirements across complex product workstreams using a high degree of technical aptitude
Share delivery learnings to help refine airline launch processes, documentation, and best practices as Vantage scales its airline business
Qualification
Required
Significant experience in account management or customer success—specifically across ad-tech, mar-tech, or commerce media
Experience with major Ad Platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and platforms such as Customer Data Platforms
Ability to master complex systems and leverage tools such as Smartsheets, HubSpot, Asana, Jira, and G-Suite
Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders within the airline and travel industry
A thinker who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and excels at building structure where it doesn't yet exist
Proven ability to exceed goals and operate with a high degree of ownership while working in a fully remote environment

A passion for the evolution of commerce media and its application within the travel and aviation sectors
