Responsibilities
Recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding caregivers (including processing paperwork)
Ensuring caregiver certifications are current
Managing PDF resource library for FirstLight employees
Maintaining electronic file information for caregivers
Answering in-coming calls and assist with administrative duties
Participating in one night per week of on-call rotation for after business hours calls and scheduling modifications
Training all caregivers on proper techniques to deliver superior care
On-Call duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of current technology
Recruiting, interviewing, and on-boarding caregivers (including processing paperwork)
