Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end performance testing activities, including planning, scripting, execution, and analysis
Prepare performance test plans, workload models, and test scenarios based on business requirements and simulate real-world load pattern
Experience in performance engineering concepts such as capacity planning, scalability, and tuning
Possess a high-level understanding of development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, etc.)
Mentor and guide team members to ensure quality and efficiency in performance testing activities
Apply automation skills to streamline repeatable tasks in performance testing, such as test data creation, execution, and basic results analysis
Expertise in APM tools (AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, New Relic) and monitor system metrics (CPU, memory, network, database) during tests to analyze results
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in performance testing using various tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, etc.) and protocols; SAP experience is an added advantage
Lead end-to-end performance testing activities, including planning, scripting, execution, and analysis
Prepare performance test plans, workload models, and test scenarios based on business requirements and simulate real-world load pattern
Experience in performance engineering concepts such as capacity planning, scalability, and tuning
