Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of leadership responsibility for a group of direct reports/team
Possess good communication skills
Exhibit basic problem-solving skills, to determine root cause, and propose possible solution
Ability to provide coaching and direction to associates in accordance with established policies and procedures with a focus on maximizing performance in a safe manner
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
Experience using RF devices
Good computer skills
Preferred
Experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred but not required
Experience with Crown equipment preferred but not required
