Responsibilities
Support recruitment, classes, grading, and nonprofit matching
Refining surveys, consolidating data, running basic data analysis
Reserving and setting up event space, managing RSVPs, presenting
Leading project teams, identifying program highlights, crafting periodic reports and posts that tell the story of our impact
Qualification
Required
Technology: Adept at using Excel, AI tools, Canva, Canvas, surveying tool (Qualtrics/MS Forms) and a project tool (ToDoist)
Familiar with MS Outlook and Teams
Proactive and growth-oriented leader (enjoys strategizing, developing systems, organizing data) who has a passion for Management, Leadership, Education, or Nonprofit work
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Diligent, curious, and a quick learner
Preferred
Prior experience as a TA, working with nonprofits, or managing programs preferred
