Responsibilities
Process limited partner investments, redemptions wires following internal cash controls
Process account opening documentation and service access requests and on-going user account maintenance
Assist with investment and redemption tracking and SOC audit requirements/compliance
Help maintain internal database (Salesforce and SharePoint)
Participate in team projects, assignments, and team responsibilities such as continual process improvement and strengthening of business controls
Qualification
Required
4-year college degree
Strong attention to detail required
Broad range understanding of financial or investment services
2+ years professional work experience
1-2 years financial or banking experience/SWIFT payment processing
Must work effectively in a team environment
Strong quantitative skills and excellent written/verbal communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities, assignments and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent PC-related skills (Salesforce, Excel, Word, Outlook or other applications) a necessity
Shows initiative, self-motivated, professional demeanor, and desire to learn
Preferred
Fintech/data feed experience is a plus but not required
