Restaurant Manager
FreeRange Concepts is looking for Restaurant Managers at all levels to join The Rustic, a venue known for its vibrant atmosphere and focus on guest experiences. The role involves managing daily operations, leading a team, and ensuring high-quality service and food safety.
Responsibilities
Manage daily Front of House & Back of House operations
Create remarkable guest experiences — every time
Lead and inspire a rockstar team
Handle hiring, training, and development
Ensure top-notch food quality, cleanliness, and safety
Monitor budgets, inventory, and scheduling
Keep our vibe strong and our guests coming back
Qualification
Required
Restaurant leadership experience (Assistant Manager, GM, etc.)
Passion for people and hospitality
High-energy leadership and problem-solving skills
F&B knowledge and comfort with restaurant tech
TABC & Food Handler certified (or able to get certified)
Love for music, good times, and good company
