Required

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
PE License, WA and/or OR or the ability to obtain within 60 days
At least 15+ years of transportation engineering experience with demonstrated project management leadership
Proven experience managing multi-discipline transportation projects including planning, design, and delivery
Strong competency with transportation design principles, project development processes, and relevant engineering software (e.g., MicroStation, Civil3D, OpenRoads)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage internal teams and external stakeholders
Track record of business development involvement or client relationship building
