Responsibilities

Serving as a point of contact for prospective new partners and ensuring a smooth sales and onboarding process
Managing partner relationships by providing ongoing support, identifying opportunities for growth, and addressing challenges proactively
Proactively recruiting new influencers to expand our network, sourcing and qualifying talent, and guiding them through onboarding and campaign activation
Collaborating with leadership, operations, and marketing teams to align client and influencer needs with company solutions
Tracking and maintaining client and influencer data in Salesforce, HubSpot, and HasOffers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of accounts and contacts
Driving client and influencer retention and satisfaction by delivering a consistent and structured service experience

Required

Experience or education in sales, partnership management, onboarding, account growth, or influencer recruitment
Experience or education in sales support, campaign setup, or creator onboarding
Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to clients and influencers
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client and influencer needs
Motivated, self-driven, and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts and relationships effectively
Knowledge of the mobile ecosystem, digital marketing, or influencer marketing is a plus
Ability to learn how to troubleshoot technical issues and support clients and influencers through implementation
Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, adapt, and problem-solve in a fast-moving environment
Dependable, consistent, and proactive in delivering high-quality experiences for clients and influencers
Willingness to travel for meeting and industry events
Located in Denver, Chicago or Austin areas
