Work collaboratively on diverse project teams that focus on a broad spectrum of architectural design
Independently develop and advance project objectives based on supervision by licensed professionals
Excellent hand drawing and computer graphics a plus
Execute design related tasks, technical deliverables and administrative assignments
Ability to assist in all aspects of design and construction documents
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of professional experience
A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited Architecture program
Ability to work collaboratively on diverse project teams
Ability to independently develop and advance project objectives based on supervision by licensed professionals
Ability to execute design related tasks, technical deliverables and administrative assignments
Ability to assist in all aspects of design and construction documents
Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp
Excellent design and presentation skills to develop computer generated presentation graphics, plans, data and reports
Demonstrate dependability, positive attitude and strong work ethic
Demonstrate sound analytical, research, writing and oral communication skills
Demonstrate organized and self-motivated execution of responsibilities
Demonstrate ability to provide construction observation and report on field conditions
Proof of US citizenship or permanent resident status
Preferred
On a career track for professional registration as an Architect in the state of New York
