Responsibilities
Support sales and market development efforts in the US embodied robotics sector
Identify and research potential customers and industry prospects
Assist with outbound outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting
Support the sales cycle including prospecting, needs discovery, proposal preparation, and follow up
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners
Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity
Conduct basic market and competitor research
Support participation in trade shows, demos, and customer meetings
Collaborate with senior sales team members on account strategy and execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
0 to 2 years of sales, business development, or customer facing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High motivation, coachability, and willingness to learn technical products
Organized and detail oriented with good follow through
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Fluent in Chinese and English
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus
Preferred
Interest in robotics, automation, or emerging technologies
Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or technology related fields
Experience with outbound outreach or lead generation is a plus
