Responsibilities
Serve as a steward of the Lume brand, ensuring consistency, quality, and visual excellence across all creative outputs
Work directly with the Marketing team on developing marketing materials from concept to completion, including packaging, in-store displays and signage, print and OOH creative and digital assets for web advertising and social media
Partner with Product Development on packaging production – review proofs and attend press checks
Design and produce high-performing direct-to-consumer creative including email, loyalty messaging, and digital campaigns
Partner with Marketing and Retail Operations to shape and execute visual merchandising strategies across a growing retail footprint
Assist with illustration, photography, and retouching needs
Oversee seasonal apparel redesigns
Support cross-functional teams with high-impact creative needs across retail and operations
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of experience managing asset creation, preferably in a creative or studio department. Cannabis experience not required, but relevant mono-branded retail expertise preferred
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
Solid portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of layout and typography in print, digital and large-scale graphic production
Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite; InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
Deep understanding of brand systems and how to translate identity across physical and digital environments
Strong attention to detail and an eye for design and layout
Ability to work in a fast-paced culture and wear multiple hats. Effective multi-tasking and time-management skills
Ability to focus on both long-term strategic goals and short-term actions
Strong presentation skills
Preferred
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows is a plus
Conversant in video editing software a plus
