Responsibilities
Overseeing and directing assigned office staff responsible for processing billing information and providing administrative support
Ensuring proper operation of business office
Compiling data and information, and preparing reports used in monitoring and evaluating operations, finances and contract compliance
Maintaining expenditure records and receipts, tracking budget allocations, and initiating corrective actions to control budget variances
Acting as administrative liaison, processing various forms and records, and maintaining personnel records and filing systems
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 1 year post high school training in business or office administration
Minimum of 3 years of progressive office management or administrative work experience required
Preferred
Management experience is a plus
