Responsibilities
Collaborates with project sponsors to assess initial vision for project or enhancement scope and prioritizes the work
Researches, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of methodologies and processes within a portfolio, and tracks through creating and reporting metrics; develop strategies for process improvement; and executes these process improvements
Serves as a subject matter expert on applications to answer questions from across the organization, assess and address issues, and communicate through written and verbal methods such as facilitating team standups and retros, through stakeholder meetings and email, and by creating and updating documentation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business, or related field, and five years' related experience; or
Associate degree in a technical field, and seven years' related experience; or
High school diploma and nine years' related experience required
