Responsibilities

Serves customers of the FAS Registrar's Office directly either by telephone, email, or face to face
Obtain and evaluate relevant information to handle inquiries and issues
Directs requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources
Responsible for the credentialing functions of the FAS Registrar’s Office which includes student records, transcripts, degree & enrollment verifications, and other duties as assigned

Required

Possesses excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well independently, prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Has strong attention to detail and demonstrated experience with computer technologies such as Microsoft Office suite
