Hunter Marketing is a digital creative agency that focuses on narrative-driven marketing strategies. They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to manage the lifecycle of marketing projects, ensuring clarity and alignment from concept to delivery while supporting the CEO and Marketing Directors.

Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects—from intake through final delivery
Own timelines, task flow, and internal coordination to ensure projects stay on track
Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation to support efficient execution
Track scope, hours, and deliverables to support accurate budgeting and profitability
Support the CEO and Marketing Directors by managing the day-to-day execution of client work
Translate strategic direction into actionable tasks and clear briefs for internal teams
Anticipate needs, identify risks, and flag issues early with proposed solutions
Ensure work is fully prepared and aligned before reviews, presentations, or production
Serve as a point of contact for clients on timelines, deliverables, and next steps
Keep clients informed, organized, and confident in the process
Ensure feedback is captured clearly and incorporated accurately
Coordinate with creative, content, production, and media teams to keep work moving smoothly
Facilitate communication across departments to ensure clarity and accountability
Ensure all assets are complete, approved, and truly •camera-ready• before final execution
Assess workload across teams and help forecast capacity and staffing needs
Support pitch development, presentations, and client events as needed
Continuously look for ways to improve systems, processes, and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or agency operations
Strong understanding of marketing workflows and project management principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
Exceptional organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
