Responsibilities
Updating project plans and timelines; monitoring progress against deliverables
Managing system and documentation workflows, including creating and maintaining system change documentation
Conducting human capital research on various topics
Entering tickets into the online HR Support ticketing system
Assisting with mid-year and strategic talent review processes
Conducting Workday system testing
Assisting in reviewing and revising of existing training materials
Participating in division and department cleanup to ensure accurate organizational alignment
Performing other miscellaneous duties and tasks as assigned
Scheduling meetings and sending tasks/reminders
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in an educational program for the duration of the internship
Completed at least one year (2 semesters or credits equivalent) by the start of the internship
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including being on-site at least 2 days per week
Preferred
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
Familiarity with process documentation and mapping
Interest in organizational development and employee relations
Previous internship or work experience in HR
