Responsibilities
Build a lightweight PMO from the ground up that enables speed, not bureaucracy
Transition the organization from self-managed initiatives to systemized project management
Create simple intake, prioritization, and ownership across company initiatives
Provide executive-level visibility through clear dashboards and reporting
Lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, sales, operations, content, and customer success
Qualification
Required
Experience in project management for business strategy and cross-functional initiatives
Ability to design and implement project management processes
Experience working with executive-level stakeholders
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to build a lightweight PMO that enables speed
Experience transitioning organizations from self-managed initiatives to systemized project management
Ability to create intake, prioritization, and ownership processes
Experience providing executive-level visibility through dashboards and reporting
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across various departments
Preferred
PMO or change-management experience
Background in high-growth, founder-led companies
Monday software or comparable experience
