Responsibilities
Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and guidance throughout the interview process
Support recruiters and hiring managers with scheduling, job postings, offer coordination, and hiring process logistics
Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (ATS-Greenhouse)
Assist with background checks, onboarding steps, and pre-employment documentation as needed
Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience
Collaborate closely with a global recruiting team to ensure hiring goals are met efficiently and thoughtfully
Qualification
Required
Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or in a similar recruiting operations role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first mindset
Comfort working in a client-facing environment where priorities may shift
High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency with ATS platforms, calendar tools, and collaboration software
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and a genuine interest in recruiting operations
