Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, and stakeholder meetings
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Analyze current-state contracting processes and design optimized future-state workflows
Configure Conga CLM modules including workflows, templates, metadata, and reporting
Support testing, UAT, and troubleshooting of CLM enhancements
Partner with technical teams on integrations, data migration, and customizations
Develop user guides, training materials, and support user adoption
Track system performance and recommend continuous improvements
Generate insights and reports from CLM data to support business objectives
Qualification
Required
3+ years Business Analyst experience (5+ preferred)
Hands-on experience implementing and supporting Conga CLM
Strong background in Agile methodologies and Jira/ServiceNow
Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution configuration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
