Responsibilities
Source on-market and off-market car wash acquisition and development opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, property owners, developers, and industry partners
Perform detailed asset-level underwriting and financial analysis for individual sites
Evaluate site performance drivers including traffic counts, demographics, competitive set, and trade areas
Conduct financial, market, and operational due diligence
Prepare investment summaries and recommendations for executive leadership
Lead negotiations for letters of intent (LOIs), purchase agreements, and key deal terms
Coordinate with operations, construction, finance, and legal teams to support transaction execution and site integration
Maintain acquisition pipeline tracking, reporting, and market intelligence
Monitor market trends, valuations, and competitive activity within target markets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field
5–8+ years of experience in retail real estate acquisitions, development, or investments
Proven experience underwriting retail or car wash assets
Strong broker, developer, and owner relationships
Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical capabilities
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, operator-driven environment
