Intern - Sales Operations
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is committed to transforming healthcare and is seeking motivated individuals for their internship program. In this role, you will support the Commercial Sales Team with sales operations, account management processes, and internal systems that aid in achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities
Support the team by running scheduled and ad hoc reports
Lead and assist in updates to a team‑wide resource by curating content, reviewing materials, and creating job aids for processes and tasks
Assist the Sales and Account Management Team with the technology and tools used for quoting new business, implementing new groups, managing renewals, and maintaining membership information
Manage multiple projects assigned by Sales and Account Management leadership, collaborating with Account Managers, Account Advisors, and internal partners to support service requests and customer needs
Qualification
Required
Must be enrolled in an educational program for the duration of the internship
Completed at least one year (2 semesters or credits equivalent) by the start of the internship
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
Ability to gather, categorize, and prioritize information
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a customer service orientation
Willingness to take initiative and learn new concepts and technical skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including being on-site at least 2 days per week
