Responsibilities
Lead North American alliance strategy for Pure Storage, HPE, and Dell
Localize strategic direction and growth targets for regional execution
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners
Identify and prioritize growth initiatives in data protection and cloud
Drive pipeline creation and revenue through joint account planning
Scale repeatable GTM plays to accelerate success
Conduct business reviews and pipeline inspections for accountability
Qualification
Required
8-10 years in tech sales, alliances, or partner management, preferably in SaaS or cloud
Experience with revenue ownership or quota-carrying roles
Strong track record in building executive relationships for business growth
In-depth knowledge of alliances with HPE, Pure, and Dell
Proven success in developing GTM and co-sell strategies
Excellent communication skills across senior stakeholders
Strategic thinker capable of hands-on execution; thrives in fast-paced environments
Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies
