Lead and develop a global team of Regional Security Project Managers
Establish standardized methodologies and quality standards for project delivery
Coordinate resource allocation across regional teams to optimize outcomes
Conduct regular virtual meetings and performance reviews with team members
Oversee high-priority security projects and resolve complex issues
Collaborate with senior leadership on security initiatives and budget planning
Monitor team performance and project delivery metrics across all regions
Qualification
Required
12-15 years of project management experience with 8+ years leading security infrastructure teams
Experience managing virtual teams across multiple time zones
Advanced knowledge of security systems integration and emerging technologies
Proven experience with global vendor management and contract negotiation
Strong understanding of international security regulations and compliance requirements
