Responsibilities
Own day-to-day internal finance operations, including oversight of core accounting processes
Manage and streamline AP/AR workflows and internal financial reporting needs
Partner with leadership on finance-related planning, process improvements, and documentation
Support tax-season work (Feb–Apr) by assisting with tax preparation support for a limited set of strategic clients
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and leadership to ensure finance workflows are accurate and scalable
Qualification
Required
CPA required
5+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning multiple workflows
Interested in moving away from traditional public accounting intensity while still leveraging tax expertise seasonally
Preferred
Individual tax experience
Small business bookkeeping/accounting exposure (not necessarily 'big corporate')
