Responsibilities
Lead short‑term financial strategy, forecasting, and scenario planning aligned to manufacturing and cyber/GovCon operations
Strengthen DCAA/FAR compliance, indirect rate structures, and audit preparedness
Oversee cash flow, working capital, and project‑level financial controls across a mixed commercial and federal portfolio
Produce timely financial statements, job‑costing insights, and operational reporting to support executive decision‑making
Manage external audits, banking relationships, and lender reporting requirements
Assess current processes and implement improvements across accounting, FP&A, and compliance workflows
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of progressive finance leadership, ideally within manufacturing, cyber/technology, or government contracting
Hands-on experience with DCAA, FAR, indirect rates, incurred cost submissions, and audit cycles
Strong analytical and operational finance skills, including cash management and cost accounting
Ability to operate as a strategic advisor while rolling up sleeves in a fast-moving, compliance-heavy setting
Preferred
CPA or MBA preferred; experience in project-based or contract-driven environments strongly valued
