Document workflows, scene setups, and asset creation pipelines
Collaborate asynchronously on 3D design and production projects
Create and deliver 3D assets using Blender and industry-standard tools
Troubleshoot and resolve rendering issues, optimization challenges, and technical problems
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of professional experience in 3D design, modeling, animation, or related fields
Strong proficiency in Blender
Bachelor's degree in Digital Arts, Animation, Game Design, or related field (or equivalent professional experience/portfolio)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on technical and creative tasks
