Responsibilities

Grow the Territory: Develop and execute strategic plans to exceed sales goals within your assigned region, targeting medical schools, colleges, universities, and high schools
Drive New Business: Proactively identify, source, and qualify new leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
Engage Key Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with superintendents, deans, professors, department heads, and educators to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
Lead & Collaborate: Partner with and mentor a Junior Sales Representative, aligning on strategy, sharing insights, and maximizing territory performance
Execute the Sale: Deliver compelling product demonstrations, navigate objections, and close complex deals that meet or exceed revenue targets
Retain & Expand Accounts: Maintain strong customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term satisfaction and success
Be the Market Expert: Stay informed on Anatomage’s evolving product portfolio, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Travel: Attend trade shows, client meetings, and networking events at a local and national level

Required

4-year bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably health sciences
Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience, prior sales training, and a documented track record of achievement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred), Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Willingness and ability to travel 25-50%
Lives within the defined territory and close to a major airport
