New Grad, Entry LevelArray Technologies is seeking a Service Technician I to work closely with the Director of Field Operations and other Service Technicians to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves extensive travel and responsibilities such as retrofitting, commissioning, and performing service repairs.

Support field efforts on the following, but not limited to:
Retrofits
Repowering
Commissioning
Service Repairs
Ensure tools and equipment needed during a variety of field-related efforts are operating properly
Managing Concur’s expense reporting system
Submit Field Service Reports on daily activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Willingness for extensive, frequent travel – up to 90%
Must have a valid Driver's License
Experience using basic hand tools
Basic math skills
Entry-level knowledge of mechanical systems
Entry-level knowledge of electrical systems
Strong leadership skills
Strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong customer-facing presence
Dexterity required to perform manual labor in extreme temperatures
Preferred
Utility-scale solar experience
Utility-scale construction knowledge
Entry-level Microsoft Office Suite experience
Entry-level Salesforce experience
Experience with Mechanical and Electrical tools
OSHA 10 or Higher – Preferred
NFPA 70E – Preferred
