Responsibilities
Support coordination and execution of strategic Global Cloud initiatives across multiple workstreams
Maintain portfolio tracking artifacts, including dashboards, status logs, risks, and action items
Prepare executive ready reports, summaries, and presentation materials for leadership reviews
Track milestones and collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely progress
Contribute ideas and research that enhance stakeholder engagement, drive clarity, and support PMO process improvements
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information clearly and professionally
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with shared documentation platforms
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with diverse global stakeholders
Interest in cloud technology and program/project management
Preferred
Prior internship, coursework, or project experience related to project management, cloud computing, or enterprise technology
Familiarity with project management concepts or tools (e.g., Agile/Scrum basics, Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Power BI)
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus, but not required
No certifications required; however, foundational credentials such as AWS Cloud Practitioner are beneficial
