Start in 2026 SummerDexter Magnetic Technologies offers a structured internship program that provides students with hands-on experience in the Magnetics Industry. Interns will engage with manufacturing engineering to establish Statistical Process Control systems and support various projects within the Quality Engineering Team.

Engage with manufacturing engineering to establish and sustain Statistical Process Control (SPC) systems
Establish Quality Control procedures and work instructions to improve processes
Support Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Engineering for projects assigned
Other responsibilities when shadowing a member of the Quality Engineering Team
Qualification
Required
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree in any engineering field and be an incoming Junior or Senior Fall 2026
Communication – Able to convey messages clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles. Must be able to interact and effectively communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
Excellent time management skills: concentrating effort on priorities and overall planning, awareness, and response to upcoming and long-term deadlines
Strong computing skills: i.e., MS Office, Customer/Supplier and Regulatory Portals, Minitab experience is a plus
