Responsibilities
Handle tasks that are critical to the success of our law offices
Provide administrative support to our attorneys through preparation of legal documents and correspondences, such as motions and pleadings
Managing attorney calendars
Scheduling and coordinating examination(s) for defense experts
Communicating with clients regarding relevant aspects of the case
Maintaining files
Answering phone calls
Other assigned administrative duties
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher
Minimum of one year legal work experience in a business or legal environment supporting a professional team
Preferred
Insurance defense or personal injury experience
Time management and organizational skills required to provide support to a large group of professionals
Typing skills with special attention to grammar and accuracy
Ability to work independently while maintaining highly confidential information
Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills
