The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting qualified candidates, managing the interview process, and supporting the onboarding of new hires while acting as a liaison for internal clients.

Responsibilities

Identifying and recruiting highly qualified candidates for assigned openings

Building relationships and acting as an account manager to internal clients

Guiding, supporting, and coordinating through the interview process

Validating the ability of potential new employees to perform duties and fit culturally

Searching, recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, placing advertisements, and networking

Writing offer letters and job descriptions

Meeting preparation and making complex travel arrangements

Conducting reference checks and assisting in new hire orientations and onboarding

Managing the recruiting database and supporting the college recruiting program

Qualification

CRM/applicant tracking systemsBachelor’s Degree in HRMicrosoft Office ProgramsTime managementOrganizationInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsAdaptability

Required

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business, or related major

Demonstrated experience using CRM/applicant tracking systems is highly preferred

Friendly disposition and genuinely care for and like people is a must

Proficiency in All Microsoft Office Programs

Adaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment

Superior time management skills

Very high organization and multi-task capability

Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
