Communications Coordinator (Claims Process)

Responsibilities
Create and maintain a SharePoint site for claims business process teams and create reporting, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations for scheduled and ad hoc reporting and requests for information
Will support 7 teams in the Claims Optimization business process department with reporting, content, websites, etc., to provide progress and impact of work in progress and work completed

Strong graphic design and PowerPoint experience
Effectively communicates complex information and ideas to diverse audiences, including stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong experience in determining the optimal way to aggregate and communicate information
SharePoint and Microsoft Suite
Strong written communication and the ability to create compelling visuals, decks, and sites to keep stakeholders informed of the work and results
Preferred
Business process experience or experience in claims is helpful, but may not be required
