Responsibilities
Serve as primary support contact for internal Brokerage branch teams via inbound and outbound calls
Guide clients and branch personnel through the account opening process and ongoing account lifecycle
Review and track documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Provide timely updates on document status, account navigation, and maintenance requests
Deliver world-class service while building strong internal client relationships
Resolve issues efficiently while adhering to firm policies and procedures
Adapt to changing processes and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or financial services
Bachelor's degree
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Service-focused mindset with an interest in career growth within financial services
