Responsibilities

Develop and enhance financial models supporting mortgage, fixed income, and cash flow analytics
Perform quantitative analysis on large datasets to support risk assessment, forecasting, and loan performance simulations
Apply advanced modeling techniques such as:
Cash flow modeling
Monte Carlo simulations
Machine learning-based forecasting (preferred)
Transform raw financial and operational data into high-quality, client-facing deliverables
Support structured problem solving by identifying root causes, conducting process mapping, and recommending improvements
Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear reporting and visualizations
Partner closely with onsite consulting and analytics teams to deliver project objectives under tight timelines
Provide guidance to junior analysts and contribute to team-based execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience)
4–7+ years of experience in financial modeling, analytics, consulting, or quantitative finance
Strong financial services experience (mortgage or fixed income exposure is a major plus)
Proven ability to work with large datasets and build scalable analytic solutions
Python experience applied directly to financial modeling
Familiarity with financial data libraries such as pandas, NumPy / SciPy, Matplotlib
Strong Excel skills; experience integrating Python within Excel environments

Preferred

Machine learning-based forecasting
Experience using tools such as R, Git, Java
