Design and implement reinforcement learning environments for training and evaluating LLMs
Translate advanced AI/ML concepts and research ideas into concrete, testable RL tasks
Build engineering-quality Python code with a focus on correctness, debuggability, and iteration speed
Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance signals
Collaborate with researchers and engineers to refine task specifications and evaluation criteria
Upon onboarding, convert take-home assignments into production-ready tasks using internal tools and guidelines
