Responsibilities
Take a leadership position in deal teams analyzing infrastructure investment opportunities, including control equity and structured capital investments
Manage quantitative and qualitative due diligence on prospective investments
Create and present investment committee presentations
Lead all aspects of investment management post-closing, including financing and disposition efforts
Communicate effectively with team members, investment bankers, company management teams, counterparties and advisors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and strong academic achievement from top‐tier school(s)
Minimum 7‐10 years of experience, including as principal infrastructure investor
Excellent quantitative skills with experience building financial models
Self‐motivated, strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
