Responsibilities
Prospect and engage with startup founders and hiring managers via email, LinkedIn, and founder networks
Go to founder and tech events to meet and nurture leads, filling top of funnel
Close fractional workforce contracts across Product, Engineering, Growth, and Admin roles
Maintain CRM activity logs and manage deal follow-through from signed contract to first payment
Collaborate with the founders of Sam to refine messaging and optimize outreach automations
Qualification
Required
Ability to commute to New York City and attend Founder events
Previous tech-enabled startup experience required
Proven background of at least 3 years in B2B or SaaS sales, within startups
Access to founder networks, early-stage startups, or venture-backed ecosystems
Excellent communicator confident, articulate, and relationship-driven
Comfortable in fast-paced, lean environments where initiative equals impact
