Create accurate and detailed tech packs for factory production
Communicate with overseas partners and follow up on sample development
Collaborate effectively with the design team to meet calendar milestones
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in the fashion industry
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction precisely
Team-focused mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure
Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
Preferred
Experience in infant and toddler categories is a plus
