Senior Group Manager & Assistant Group Manager (Multiple Openings)
Allied T Pro is expanding their Groups Department and is seeking multiple Group Travel professionals to join their team. This role involves managing and supporting domestic and international group travel programs, coordinating logistics, and ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Manage and support domestic and international group travel programs
Coordinate logistics including hotel, ground transportation, and on-site services
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Assist with group documentation, contracts, manifests, and timelines
Support on-site operations as needed for select programs
Ensure high levels of service, accuracy, and client satisfaction
Prepare proposals, actively quote, and book new business
Budget and invoice client receivables and vendor payments
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in group travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and travel systems (experience preferred but not required)
Willingness to learn and grow within the organization
