Responsibilities
Facilitate daily PHP group therapy sessions using evidence-based, trauma-focused modalities (CBT, DBT, CPT, etc.)
Provide individual counseling sessions as clinically indicated
Complete intake evaluations and level-of-care assessments (approximately 4–6 per week)
Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans
Participate in daily multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
Complete insurance reviews and ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with colleagues to promote a consistent and supportive therapeutic milieu
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field (required)
Completion of a clinically based internship or practicum (required)
Preferred
Experience providing trauma-informed care and working with women's mental health needs (preferred)
Training or certification in trauma-informed care is a plus
