Responsibilities
Performing independent architectural assignments, working collaboratively to find creative and technical solutions
Developing designs from concept through construction documents, with a focus on innovation and sustainability
Managing project documentation in AutoCAD and Revit, while ensuring the accuracy and quality of drawings
Communicating effectively with clients and consultants to align goals and ensure the best project outcomes
Leading quality control efforts to meet or exceed project specifications
Staying informed on the latest building codes and industry standards to keep your designs cutting-edge
Developing detailed drawing sets, coordinating with structural and MEP engineers, and maintaining drawing quality and consistency through the life of the project
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
5-7+ years of professional experience in the field
5+ years of experience with Revit (must) and SketchUp
Familiarity with New York City zoning regulations, DOB filings, and agency coordination is expected
A strong communicator with excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
A passion for design, problem-solving, and continuous learning
