Qualification
Required
Master's degree in data and technology management, or equivalent work experience
Ten or more years of experience in data management and business intelligence in the financial services industry
Preferred
Outstanding data analysis and critical-thinking skills — ability to find the 'story in the data'
Analytics & business alignment converts fuzzy questions into precise, production-ready SQL metrics (clear grain/filters/denominators); builds time-series analyses (sessionization, cohorts, funnels, retention) and point-in-time SCD lookups that match business definitions
Expert-level SQL Craft (Oracle preferred) with proven experience in - complex querying, query tuning and performance optimization
Strong data modeling and data architecture expertise (conceptual, logical, physical models)
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data validation)
Ability to answer questions that haven't been asked — proactive insight generation
Excellent communication skills — can translate analytical findings into compelling narratives
Strong organizational and analytical skills
